Nobody likes to be left alone. The cinematographic postproduction tries to neutralize a farewell, or tries at least to suspend it. The film image is continually scaled up in such a way that the departing movement is completely neutralized and the protagonists retain their original size. Because of the physical zoom into the film material the image degrades continually.
